Shipping & Handling Policy
We acknowledge the special relationship we establish with each customer. You and your order are important to us. We will make every attempt to fill your orders as quickly as possible. We represent several different manufacturers and ship from multiple locations. As a result, items ordered together are not necessarily billed and shipped in the same box or together. The charges for a split order are calculated on real-time shipping per weight and fullfillment location. Shipping charges will be displayed in the shopping cart at checkout. These charges include the cost of shipping, handling and preparing your products to be delivered to you safely and in good condition.

All orders are shipped UPS, FedEx, or USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on manufacturers choice and availability.

Please allow the stated processing time for each manufacturer specifications listed below. Your order shipping time is calculated within business working days for delivery (This does not include weekends or holidays).

We ship all orders to the contiguous USA via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS. We also ship Mediak Music & PSA Essentials to Alaska and Hawaii via USPS only.

We ship PSA Essentials to Canada for a flat fee of $21.95.

We do ship PSA products & Mediak CDs to APO, FPO or PO Boxes via USPS .

Prices of items and shipping charges are subject to change at any time.

Items marked with (OS), or specifically indicated as OVERSIZED, will require higher shipping fees.
We occasionally will offer Free Shipping Specials. They are within the contiguous US only. And the method of shipping is Ground only. The carrier will be determined by the manufacturer and location.
Order Processing:
After you submit your order, you will receive a computer-generated email confirmation that your order was placed. If you are paying by credit card, you will receive another email with confirmation of the transaction.
Order Changes and Cancellations:
PSA Essentials & Mediak Music CDS, DVDs & Photo DVDs cannot be cancelled due to the nature of their personalization. If your order has already shipped, and you request a delivery address change or you have entered an address that is not correct, there will be an additioal charge of $10.00 to have the delivery address changed. UPS/FedEx charges us to reroute a delivery to a corrected address.
Once your Village Wrought Iron order has been placed with the exception of custom orders, and you have received your electronic confirmation email, we cannot make changes to the product you have ordered. If you need to return the product, please contact Cyber-savvyshop at 800-788-6963 and send an RMA email from this link:http://www.cyber-savvyshop.com/returns.asp A phone call verification along with the email is required for any return request of Village Wrought Iron product. Shipping will not be refunded and you will be responsible to pay for return shipping to the manufacturer. If additional items are needed, you will need to place another order.

Sales Tax
All North Carolina orders will incur a 7.00% sales tax on the Total order with the exception of Dare County which will be 8.00% because of a special tax approved by the North Carolina General Assembly. We are required by N.C. state law to collect these taxes on all residents of N.C. that purchase products from us.
MEDIAK Childrens Personalized Music CDs, DVDs, & Photo DVDs
Mediak orders take 1 day to produce and will ship within 2-3 business days. We offer Free USPS First Class shipping and USPS Priority Mail is available for $3.00. All orders over 4 Cds and/ or DVDs are upgraded to Free UPS Priority Mail.
PSA Essentials Stamps & Embossers
PSA orders take 10 business days to produce. The production time starts the next business day after you place your order. Shipping is UPS and takes 2-6 days according to which part of the US it is being shipped to. Alaska & Hawaii are USPS Priority ship only. Our everyday shipping is a UPS Ground flat rate. You may upgrade your shipping to 2 DAY Shipping or Next Day Shipping. We also offer a RUSH order option that will produce your stamp or embosser in 1-3 business days and you can select it with Ground, 2 Day or Next Day UPS Shipping at checkout. The RUSh order countdown starts the next business day after you have placed your order. We offer discount shipping periodically on $ amounts.
**PSA orders are personalized productions and cannot be canceled, refunded or returned. If there is an error in your order, we wll check to see if it is a manufacturer error or customer error and adjust accordingly.
Village Wrought Iron
We ship UPS, FedEx, or USPS with realtime shipping rates. The shipping rates are calculated via UPS realtime shipping according to the weight of the product. Discounts on shipping are applied as you add more Village Wrought Iron items to the cart. Your order is processed and submitted for production the next business day after you place an order. It takes 2-3 business days for your order to ship from VWI warehouse and delivery is calculated according to your location to their warehouse, 2-6 days. There are some items noted that have a 4-6 week production time because they are not in stock products and only produced on demand.
SHIPPING Notification
You will receive an email when your order ships with your shipping information including a tracking number to track your delivery date. It is very important that you give us a viable email address and that you check it perodically for notifications.
