Please return the item in original packaging and condition within 10 days, accompanied by a copy of original receipt and label the package “Customer Returns” with the RMA number written on the outside. We cannot accept returns of items that have been used.

Refunds are processed in the same form as original payment used for purchase.

All returns MUST be pre-authorized by phone or email (Return Authorization number must be included with returned shipment).

Shipping charges will not be refunded unless item is defective or return is a result of an error on our part.

No return shipping COD charges accepted.
