We stand behind our products and guarantee your satisfaction. All items are guaranteed to be free of defects. Please inspect all items upon receipt before using to ensure that they are free of defects. If you receive an item, and the package appears damaged upon its arrival, DO NOT OPEN IT. Contact Cyber-SavvyShop customer service immediately. Shortage and damaged claims must be reported and an RMA requested within 5 days of receipt of the merchandise. Please contact us to obtain Return Instructions by clicking the link below to be assigned an RMA number. Defective or damaged merchandise may be returned. Merchandise will be replaced with a new product within 5 to 10 days of the receipt of your product (depending on stock availability). Please return the item in original packaging and condition within 10 days, accompanied by a copy of original receipt and label the package “Customer Returns” with the RMA number written on the outside. We cannot accept returns of items that have been used.

Your order number(s) must match our documentation and records regarding the issue.

Refunds are processed in the same form as original payment used for purchase.

All returns MUST be pre-authorized by phone or email (Return Authorization number must be included with returned shipment).

Shipping charges will not be refunded unless item is defective or return is a result of an error on our part.

No return shipping COD charges accepted.

A 15% restocking charge, in addition to shipping charges, will be added to all refused orders.
